This long sleeve undershirt garment was made using 100% cotton knitting fabric. The particular thing about the fabric is that it’s knitted with speckle / neppy yarns. Resulting in a unique spotted outcome. We adopted a raglan-styled shoulder to make it even more pleasant to wear and to give more your support for your highly active sea moblity.
We utilized a V reinforeced stitch at the collar to control the stretch of the neck when the garment was pulled over the head. A flat-lock seam technique was also put in a good use. The Flat-lock seam is applied in every main seaming part. As there are no layers to the underside and the seam is butted together, making a less friction and fewer layers to chafe.
